Starting at $11/mo, you can host a Billy Halibut original work in your home! Never before have art-lovers been given the opportunity to have original Billy Halibut Art in their homes, and only having to pay a subscription fee!

By receiving from Billy Halibut any Billy Halibut original works, or other distinctive features owned by Billy Halibut, LLC. via Billy Halibut, located at billyhalibut.com, or other Billy Halibut website, or otherwise from Billy Halibut, you (“You”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any applicable written agreement between You and Billy Halibut, the written agreement shall prevail.

Billy Halibut grants You a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to display the Billy Halibut Brand Assets in accordance with these Terms. All use by You of the Billy Halibut Brand Assets (including any goodwill associated therewith) shall inure to the benefit of Billy Halibut. You agree that You shall not challenge, or assist others to challenge, the Billy Halibut Brand Assets or the registration or ownership thereof by Billy Halibut (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law), or attempt to register any Billy Halibut Brand Assets or other names, logos, marks, or materials (including domain names) that are confusingly similar in any way (including but not limited to, sound, appearance and spelling) to any Billy Halibut Brand Assets. The Billy Halibut Brand Assets are provided "as is" and Billy Halibut disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of noninfringement.  

Billy Halibut shall not be liable to You under any theory of liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages arising out of the Billy Halibut Brand Assets or Your use thereof. This limitation shall apply even if Billy Halibut was advised of, or should have been aware of, the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in such jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations stated in these Terms shall apply to You to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing herein grants You any right, title or interest in or to the Billy Halibut Brand Assets.

Billy Halibut, LLC. owns the Assets and physical space the Art takes up while they reside with the renter. 

Any damage to the work or frame is the liability of the renter. 

Terms and conditions may change at any time, and each contract will be dictated by these new changes, regardless of original agreement. This may not be limited in any way.

Access and use of Billy Halibut art is granted conditioned on Your agreement to the terms set forth herein as if You have signed Your Agreement.
